We are proud to announce that we are now officially the agents for Wolf Racing Cars in South Africa. The cars will be imported by Genie Racing and Distributed by MV Motorsport and Promotions.
We will import two variations of the car but will specifically concentrate our efforts on the GB08S model for the South African Endurance Championship.
This car is a CN specification car using a FIA homologated and approved carbon fibre monocoque chassis.
The engine specification will remain as per the cars run in the V de V, Asian and American championships, Honda K24. This unit produces good power deliverables while remaining very cost effective to run. Remaining aligned with and current with other championships should encourage participation from other countries in South Africa while allowing our drivers to remain relevant to their championships.
The Wolf GB08S makes use of a Sadev 6-speed sequential Gearbox including paddle shift and a manual overdrive. Including the paddle shift system the steering wheel houses a full color display with many functions to help the driver during the race, functions include GPS and fuel meter. The GB08 has a 80-liter FIA certified fuel tank and filler system that should see the Wolf run for two hour stints in a race.
The Wolf brands is the epitome of quality, from the quality carbon body panels to impeccably machined components the car includes OZ magnesium wheels, Ohlins dampers and state-of-the-art stainless steel exhaust and a carbon intake system. To stop the car Wolf equips all their cars with Brembo mono-block calipers.
