Feature Engineering to be supported by ADESS in the Michelin Le Mans Cup

Portuguese based Feature Engineering reached an agreement with ADESS AG to get technical support for an eventual participation in the 2018 Michelin Le Mans Cup.

Founded in 2016, with operational headquarters in Aveiro city, Feature Engineering is planning to run two brand new ADESS-03 LM P3 fitted with the lastest update kit of the Portuguese based German constructor.

The team is currently negotiating with several drivers, hoping to announce the first pre-season tests in the upcoming weeks.

Duarte Fidalgo, Team Principal of Feature Engineering, said: “This is great challenge for the team and I am grateful for the confidence ADESS placed on us. We will enjoy a preferential relationship with the only LMP3 constructor based in the Iberian Peninsula, and that will put us in an outstanding position to face the season ahead. We may be an unknown team for many but we are an united group with international experience and lot of ambition.”

Stéphane Chosse, CEO of ADESS AG, added: “We are very happy to have been chosen by Feature Engineering to race our LMP3 cars in the Michelin Cup. Duarte Fidalgo and his team have an impressive track record in several motorsports categories and we have great expectations for the first tests.”

2018 Michelin Le Mans Cup will run over six-rounds, each of which will be a two-hour race, scheduled across some of Europe’s most prominent circuits like Paul Ricard, Monza, Red Bull Ring, Spa-Francorchamps or Portimão. The highlight of the season is the “Road to Le Mans” where teams and drivers have the unique opportunity to race on the full 13.6 km Le Mans circuit.
