The latest new entry to the 2017 International GT Open comes from Austria. MS Racing is joining the series, which will be its first full racing campaign at continental level.
Based in Vienna, MS Racing is a racing full service organization, created in 2008 by Matthias Stepanek. It will enter a Mercedes AMG GT3 in the Am category for two Austrian bronze drivers, Alexander Hrachowina (42) and Martin Konrad (38), who have experience in endurance races.
Team Principal Martin Stepanek commented: “Both the team and our drivers were looking at an expansion at a higher and European level. The GT Open, because of its competitiveness, great tracks, visibility and nice atmosphere, seemed to us the best option for the next step of our growth and we are very anxious to be at Estoril!”
