Two new partners for the Peter Group with ACO and Amaury Sport Organisation

The Peter Group is delighted to announce a partnership with Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO) and the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO), which join the Group as minority partners. The Peter Group chose these two companies, internationally known in their fields of activity, for their professionalism and their know-how.

This agreement will allow on the one hand, to develop the historic activities of the Peter Group and on the other, to develop other activities as well in France as internationally, thanks to the additional resources brought by these two new partners.

Furthermore, this agreement includes the retention of the historic managing- shareholders (Patrick Peter, Sylviane Peter, Isabel Lebon, Grégory Miellou), the latter keeping the control and management of the Group.
About the Peter Group

Born in 1978, the Peter Group includes the following companies:

– Peter Auto, a specialist in historic racing, rally and event creator, among others are the Tour Auto Optic 2000, Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille, and Spa Classic.
– SAVH, the company owned together with the Automobile Club de l’Ouest. organizing the Le Mans Classic
– Peter & Associés, communication consulting company, media and public relations, community management.
– Peter SAS, holding company.
About Amaury Sport Organisation

Amaury Sport Organisation is a company, creator and organiser of international leading sporting events. Specialised in the “Non Stadia’, it has an internal control of the whole professions linked to the organisation, mediatisation and trading of sporting events. A.S.O. organises yearly 250 days of competition for 70 events through 21 countries. It is active in 5 sporting universes such as in bicycle, the Tour de France; in rally raid, the Dakar; in sailing, the Tour Voile; in the large audience events, the Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris and in golf, the Lacoste Ladies Open de France. About the Automobile Club de l’Ouest

Created in 1906, the Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO) is the creator and organiser of major motor-racing races: the first automobile Grand Prix in 1906, then the 24 Hours of Le Mans since 1923. In the view of developing the Endurance discipline the ACO is also organiser and promoter of the FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC) since 2012 and creator of continental series such as the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship (Formerly American Le Mans Series – 1999), European Le Mans Series (2004) and Asian Le Mans Series (2013). The ACO organises, on its Le Mans circuits, The Bike 24 Hours, the Karting 24 Hours, the Trucks 24 Hours, the ‘Grand Prix de France Moto’… Nevertheless, the ACO is, first and foremost, a club of enthusiasts which defends the rights of the drivers daily and offers its members a privileged welcome to live their motor racing passions in the meetings it organises.
